GLASS GREENHOUSE

We produce our Venlo type glass greenhouse projects with advanced technology that meets the demands of manufacturers at the highest level, with high technology, quality and adaptable features. Due to its high lighting performance, it is the most suitable greenhouse type for regions with cold and less sun exposure.

For glass greenhouses, detailed engineering calculations are made for each project, and project equipment is designed and dimensioned.

Poles, trusses and other main components, which are the main construction equipment, are hot-dip galvanized for high protection and longevity even in the harshest climates.

Roof profiles and rain gutters are produced from aluminum by extrusion method. These equipments used to support glazing have different design parameters against snow load, wind load, hail storm load and plant loads.

Due to the low glass breakage rate of these greenhouses, low cost and long service life provide a great advantage.

VENLO-640: 2 roofs with 6.40 meters tunnel opening, 3.20 meters opening.

VENLO-800: 2 roofs with 8.00 meters tunnel opening, 4.00 meters opening.

VENLO-960: 9.60 meters tunnel opening, 2 roofs 4.80 meters wide, 3 roofs 3.20 meters wide.

VENLO-1200: 3 roofs with 8.00 meters tunnel opening, 4.00 meters opening.

VENLO-1280: 4 roofs with 12.80 meters tunnel opening, 3.20 meters opening.

Depending on the weather conditions, glass coating types may be preferred. We can advise our customers on using double glazing, simple glazing or diffuse glazing. Also, if desired, Polycarbonate can be added around the greenhouse for better insulation.

For assembly, our staff is experienced to manage the assembly of all parts of a turnkey project anywhere in the world.

He can also do customized projects such as rails on façades for the use of glass cleaning machines, exterior structures for the installation of external canopies, or placing solar panels on the roof of the greenhouse.
