GROWING BEDS: GUTTER

The use of gutter systems adapts to the trend towards hydroponic growing systems and has several advantages:

• Water and manure filtered from the growing medium can be collected through drainage channels and reused.

  • Provides equal water and fertilizer distribution for each plant.
  • Provides optimum air circulation around the leaves and stem.
  • Growth control of your growing plants becomes easier
  • Facilitates the prevention and control of plant diseases
  • Provides more comfortable working conditions for your personnel thanks to its adjustable working height.
  • Maximizes workforce productivity

  The gutters are hung on the hanging system or laid on the ground as a stand, when the connections are made, the seedlings are ready for planting.

Suspended System

Each of the 5 mm hot-dip galvanized suspension ropes to the pipes under each main scissors in the hanging system has a load capacity of 500 kg. There is an adjustment bolt at the end of the ropes. A hanger hung on the adjustment bolt is placed on 8 mm galvanized iron, gutter lines covered with electrostatic paint. Plant heating pipe and carrier apparatus are added upon request.

Stand System

The coffee tables are produced with a special design from 1.5 mm thick galvanized steel and are hammered into place every 3-4 m. Coffee tables are preferred in greenhouses where hanging is not possible. There is little to no cost benefit.
